Most Cosmetic Procedures are not covered by insurance,
however medically necessary procedures will be covered.
Dr. Willoughby accepts the following insurance plans.

- Choice Care/Humana
- First Health/CCN
- Medicaid and Medicare
- One Health Plan/Great West (GWLA)
- Secure Horizons (Eye Specialists/Block Vision)
Although Dr. Willoughby is not in-network with the
following insurance plans, your policy may have
out-of-network benefits which would pay for part or all
of your fee. We are always willing to make special
arrangements for patients who are out of network. If you have any questions regarding
